Feeling hesitant about joining a large class? We offer 30-, 45- and 60-minute private sessions with a personal trainer. In these private training sessions, your coach will work with you one-on-one to motivate and challenge you throughout your workout.
If you have a specific area that you want to improve upon, you can schedule a one-on-one session for individualized instruction and coaching.
Session scheduling is based on your availability and sessions are customized by your coach.
