Our Performance class is a constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement. It is not a specialized fitness program. It is broad, general and inclusive and a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
Our Performance Lite class is a full body workout including mobility, low impact cardio conditioning, body weigh exercises, resistance training, and light barbell movements.
Our Move Class is comprised of low impact, high-intensity movements designed for muscle conditioning. No Olympic weightlifting or gymnastics are offered in these classes.
Join Coach Erin’s weekly Yin Yoga class in order to de-stress, and improve mobility and flexibility. Yin Yoga classes are currently being taught in an online format.
Feeling hesitant about joining a large class? We offer an hour-long private session with a certified coach. In these private training sessions, your coach will work with you one-on-one to motivate and challenge you throughout your workout.
