Recovery Move exercise & recovery meetings

Recovery Move™ offers the region’s original Recovery Move™ exercise and Recovery meeting program to fight addiction – or any of life’s challenges. Workouts are tailored to ability and facilitated by an experienced instructor. Recovery meetings are run by experienced recovery facilitators or counselors.

We are a supportive community of physically active individuals committed to creating a healing and recovery oriented environment to discover our inner-strength and confidence through fun and camaraderie. Seen in CrossFit Morning Chalk Up, New Haven Register.

Our Performance class is a constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement. It is not a specialized fitness program. It is broad, general and inclusive and a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

Private Training

Feeling hesitant about joining a large class? We offer an hour-long private session with a certified coach. In these private training sessions, your coach will work with you one-on-one to motivate and challenge you throughout your workout.

If you have a specific area that you want to improve upon, you can schedule a one-on-one session for individualized instruction and coaching.
