About Emily Morrison

Beginning in her early childhood and through her teen years, Emily identified as both a proficient dancer and soccer player. CrossFit provided a comparable level of physical challenge, competition, and camaraderie, and was the obvious sport of choice as she transitioned from childhood to adult athlete. Emily prides herself on providing a fun, positive, and encouraging environment for the athletes she coaches and works out alongside.
